Who We Are

FundinBulls is owned and operated by Tash Technologies FZ-LLC, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company incorporated under the Companies Regulations of the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates — Registration No. 0000004094263, Services Licence No. 47035830 and Media Licence No. 17009708. Registered address: CWEP9384 Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. References to "FundinBulls", "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms and anywhere on this website mean Tash Technologies FZ-LLC.

The Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of FundinBulls's evaluation and funded trading programs. By purchasing a challenge or using the platform, you agree to trade within the rule set assigned to your account, including daily loss, total loss, minimum trading days, and news/weekend trading restrictions.

Every account on the platform — evaluation and funded-stage alike — operates in a simulated trading environment using real-time market pricing; no order is routed to a live broker, exchange, or liquidity provider. A "funded" account is a simulated funded-stage account: the payouts you can earn on it are real and are paid by FundinBulls from its own funds under the profit-split arrangement disclosed on your account's plan, but the trading itself remains simulated. Tash Technologies FZ-LLC is a technology company; it is not a bank, broker-dealer, investment firm, or regulated financial-services provider, and it does not hold client money as deposits or investments.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the platform. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful in the jurisdiction you access it from. One person may not operate multiple accounts to circumvent risk limits.

Fees — All Sales Final

Challenge fees and add-on purchases are service fees for access to a simulated evaluation, not deposits or investments. All fees are final and non-refundable, as set out in our No-Refund Policy. Initiating a chargeback on a fee that was correctly charged is a breach of these Terms and results in immediate account suspension.

Account Conduct & Termination

FundinBulls reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of the rule book, including but not limited to arbitrage, latency abuse, tick manipulation, and the use of multiple accounts to circumvent risk limits. Payouts under the profit-split program are conditional on full compliance with the rule set and these Terms at the time of the payout request.

Each account is governed by the specific rule set assigned to it at purchase, shown in your dashboard's rule tracker. For accounts purchased from August 2026 onward this includes a minimum position holding period (currently 120 seconds) before a manual close — stop loss, take profit, and risk liquidations remain active at all times and are unaffected by it. Rule sets are never retroactively tightened on existing accounts.

No Investment Advice

No order placed on a FundinBulls account is routed to a live exchange, broker, or liquidity provider, and nothing in these Terms, on this website, or in any FundinBulls communication constitutes investment advice or a solicitation to buy, sell, or trade any financial instrument. FundinBulls does not act as a broker, custodian, or financial intermediary. See our Risk Disclosure for the full disclosure governing every account.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tash Technologies FZ-LLC's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the platform is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for losses caused by market data interruptions, third-party payment providers, or events outside our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations applicable in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone and the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
