How does the evaluation work?

What happens when I pass a phase?

You receive a brand-new account for the next stage — fresh account number, fresh credentials (emailed to you), and a fresh balance at your full account size. Your passed account stays visible in your dashboard read-only, with its complete trade history preserved as your track record. Evaluation-phase profits are simulated qualification results and don't carry into the next stage's balance — payouts come from profit you make on the funded account itself.

What is the profit split?

Funded traders keep up to 90% of the profits they generate, with the split percentage shown on each account's plan and dashboard.

How fast are payouts processed?

Payout requests are typically reviewed and paid out within 24-48 hours once approved by our finance team.

How do I actually receive a payout?

Accepted Answer

From your dashboard, request a payout with your bank account details or a crypto wallet address. Our team reviews the request and transfers the funds directly to you — there's no third-party payout processor in between.

Is all of my profit available to withdraw?

5% of your account's starting balance stays in the account as a standing reserve at all times. Everything above that reserve — up to your profit split — is available to request as a payout, whenever you like.

What happens if I breach a rule?

Breaching the daily loss or total loss limit ends the challenge or funded account. You can purchase a reset to restart the same account size, or purchase loss protection in advance for one-time forgiveness.

Can I use an EA or algorithmic strategy?

Accepted Answer

Yes, EAs are allowed. Arbitrage, latency abuse, and tick manipulation are not — our rule engine actively monitors for these patterns.

Is there a minimum number of trading days?

Yes, a minimum of 5 distinct trading days is required before an account can pass evaluation or request a payout (8 days for Instant Funding and Live accounts), regardless of how quickly the profit target is hit.

What is the consistency rule?

Accepted Answer

There isn't one on One Step or Two Step evaluations — hit your profit target however you like, whether that's steady daily gains or one strong session. Instant Funding and Live accounts do carry one once funded: no single trading day may account for more than 10% of that month's scaling-cycle profit. A violation doesn't breach the account, but it does disqualify that cycle's scale-up.

Can I hold trades over the weekend?

No — weekend holding is restricted on every published tier: positions must be closed before the weekly market close. Only custom admin-provisioned rule sets can differ; your account's rule tracker always shows exactly what applies to you.

Is there a minimum holding time for trades?

On accounts purchased from August 2026 onward, a position must stay open for at least 2 minutes before you can close it manually — the close button shows a live countdown until then. Your stop loss and take profit stay fully active during that window and can trigger at any time, and partial closes count against the same window. Accounts purchased before this rule keep the terms they were bought under.

Can I hedge positions?

No — on accounts purchased from August 2026 onward, opposite-direction positions in the same symbol (a buy and a sell in EUR/USD at once, including via pending orders) are rejected with a clear message. Positions in different symbols are unaffected. Accounts purchased before this rule keep the terms they were bought under.

What instruments can I trade?

31 instruments on live real-time pricing: 23 major and cross forex pairs, gold and silver (XAU/USD, XAG/USD), and six cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, ADA, LTC — all vs USD).

What leverage do I get?

Accepted Answer

Forex pairs and metals trade at 1:100 leverage. Cryptocurrencies are capped at 1:2 leverage because of their volatility - the terminal shows the effective leverage and estimated margin for every order before you place it.

Do I need to complete KYC to start trading?

No — you can register and start an evaluation immediately with just an email and password. We only ask for payout details (bank account or wallet address) at the point you actually request a withdrawal.

Is the price data real?

Yes. Charts and order execution are both driven by the same live market data feed — the price you see is the price your order fills at, with realistic simulated latency.

Can I run multiple accounts at once?

Yes, you can hold multiple challenge and funded accounts simultaneously. Our fraud engine does monitor for correlated or copy-traded accounts used to bypass risk limits.

What is the scaling program?

Funded accounts that stay consistently profitable over time become eligible to scale up their capital allocation, growing beyond your original account size without buying a new challenge.

Can I get a refund on my challenge fee?

No — all purchases are final. Challenge fees and add-ons pay for immediate access to the evaluation environment, so they are non-refundable from the moment payment completes. The only exception is a duplicate or erroneous charge for the same purchase. See our No-Refund Policy for details.

What happens to my funded account after a payout?

Your account stays active and funded after a payout — the balance simply resets down to reflect the reserve plus any unwithdrawn profit, and you keep trading toward your next payout.

Yes. Every account is screened for VPN/proxy use, device and IP correlation across accounts, and execution patterns like latency arbitrage or tick manipulation — this keeps the evaluation fair for everyone.
