Refund Policy

Challenge fees are refundable within 24 hours of purchase only if no trades have been placed on the account. Once trading activity begins, the challenge fee is non-refundable.

Add-on purchases (account reset, loss protection, fast track) are non-refundable once applied to an account.

Funded account payouts are governed by the payout policy on your dashboard and are separate from challenge fee refunds.

Challenge and add-on fees are service fees for access to a simulated evaluation, not deposits or investments — they are refundable only as described above, not as a matter of investor protection law. See our Risk Disclosure for more.
