No-Refund Policy

All purchases on FundinBulls are final. Challenge fees, evaluation fees, and add-on purchases (account reset, loss protection, fast track) are non-refundable from the moment payment is completed — regardless of whether trading activity has begun on the account.

Challenge and add-on fees are service fees paid to Tash Technologies FZ-LLC for immediate access to a simulated evaluation environment, its live market data, and its rule engine. Because access to the service is delivered in full at the moment of purchase, the fee is earned on delivery and no portion of it is refundable — including for unused accounts, failed evaluations, breached accounts, or a change of mind.

The only exceptions are duplicate or demonstrably erroneous charges for the same purchase (for example, a payment provider double-billing a single checkout), which we will correct upon verification, and any non-waivable rights you may hold under applicable law. Contact support@fundinbulls.com with your invoice number in those cases.

Initiating a chargeback on a correctly-charged fee is a breach of our Terms of Service and results in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

Funded account payouts are governed by the payout policy on your dashboard and are unrelated to purchase refunds. Fees are not deposits or investments and are not refundable as a matter of investor protection law — see our Risk Disclosure for more.
